Check whether the status of speaker is “mute”
Click the “volume” icon at the right bottom corner of desktop toolbar
Check if its “mute”. Below image (left) mute; (right) normal
Test by raising the volume .
Check whether the Device Manager is normally working and appear with exclamation mark
Start menu -> Control Panel -> Device Manager
Check whether it appears with the exclamation mark
If there is, it’s suggested that download the latest Audio driver from I LIFE official website and install or visit to nearest service center to fix the issue .
